Sei Ore is Italian for "6 hours". This is how long we leave this Rose blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Sangiovese on the grape skins before pressing off. By combining the fruity aromas of Syrah with the refreshing acidity of Sangiovese, Montoliva Vineyard & Winery has created a Rose that is equal parts frivolity and substance. The pleasing strawberry nose delights, the palate cleansing finish satisfies; it's perfect for those warm Sierra Foothill summer afternoons. Only 50 cases produced.
